Jindal Cement lifts stake in Jindal Steel to 0.32%

Jindal Cement Industries Private Limited, formerly known as Jindal Panther Cement Private Limited, has disclosed an increase in its shareholding in Jindal Steel Limited. The company acquired 243,346 equity shares of Re. 1/- each via an open market transaction on December 10, 2025.

This acquisition brings Jindal Cement Industries' total holding to 3,326,177 shares, representing 0.32% of Jindal Steel Limited's total share and voting capital. Prior to this transaction, the company held 3,082,831 shares, or 0.30% of the total share capital.

The total equity share capital of Jindal Steel Limited remains at Rs. 1,02,00,88,097/-, comprising 1,02,00,88,097 equity shares of Re. 1/- each. The acquirer, Jindal Cement Industries, is part of the promoter group of Jindal Steel Limited.
