Colab Platforms launches new AI subsidiary

Colab Platforms Limited has incorporated "Colab Intelligence Private Limited," a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to Artificial Intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and next-generation digital technologies. The subsidiary was incorporated on December 12, 2025, with an authorized share capital of INR 2,500,000, divided into 250,000 equity shares of INR 10 each, fully subscribed by the parent company.

Colab Intelligence Private Limited will focus on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered platforms, intelligent workflows, and data-driven decision tools across various business domains. This expansion aims to strengthen Colab Platforms’ competitive positioning and broaden its technology portfolio in the global AI industry, projected to exceed $1.8 trillion by 2030.

The new subsidiary will serve as a core engine for the long-term technology roadmap, building products that enhance operational efficiency, smart decision systems, and user engagement across digital platforms. This initiative reinforces Colab Platforms' commitment to future-ready innovation and its strategy to capture opportunities in global markets shifting towards AI-enabled transformation.
