Wipro and Microsoft partner to accelerate enterprise AI transformation

Wipro Limited has announced a three-year strategic partnership with Microsoft, aiming to transform enterprises into "Frontier Firms" through accelerated AI adoption. This collaboration leverages Wipro's consulting expertise with Microsoft's cloud and AI platforms, including Azure, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and GitHub Copilot, to develop AI-powered workflows and industry-specific solutions across sectors like financial services, retail, and healthcare.

As part of the initiative, Wipro will deploy over 50,000 Microsoft Copilot licenses and upskill more than 25,000 employees in Microsoft Cloud and GitHub technologies. The partnership also includes the launch of a Microsoft Innovation Hub at Wipro's Partner Labs in Bengaluru, designed to foster co-innovation and deliver scalable AI solutions.
