Torrent Pharma redeems portion of non-convertible debentures

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited has successfully redeemed and repaid secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth ₹142.84 crores on December 12, 2025. This redemption is part of the total NCDs amounting to ₹1000 crores, which were issued under ISIN: INE685A07082. The company communicated this development to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

The redemption was carried out in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This action reduces Torrent Pharmaceuticals' outstanding debenture liabilities.
