Shakti Pumps secures ₹71.25 crore order for solar water pumping systems

Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has been awarded a work order from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited for the supply and installation of 2,033 stand-alone Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS). This domestic contract, valued at approximately INR 71.25 Crores (inclusive of GST), is part of Component-B of the PM-KUSUM scheme.

The project involves the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of these pumping systems across Madhya Pradesh. The company is expected to execute the order within 120 days.

This announcement highlights the company's continued contribution to sustainable energy solutions in India. There is no indication that the promoter or promoter group has any interest in the entity that awarded the order, nor does it fall within related-party transactions.
