RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has been awarded a comprehensive communication solution project by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. The order, valued at INR 35,44,83,378, involves providing a communication solution with redundancy for five years to the disaster management department.

The company received the letter of acceptance on December 11, 2025, with the order slated for execution by March 10, 2031. This is a domestic order, with no promoter or related party interest in the entity awarding the contract.

This strategic contract underscores RailTel's role in critical infrastructure projects, reinforcing its position as a key provider of communication services for governmental bodies in India.
