Peterhouse investments trims stake in Usha Martin via open market sale

Peterhouse Investments India Ltd, a promoter group entity, sold 220,000 equity shares in Usha Martin Limited on December 11, 2025. This transaction, executed on the National Stock Exchange, reduced Peterhouse’s stake in Usha Martin from 1.40% to 1.33% of the total share capital.

Prior to the sale, Peterhouse Investments held 4,266,529 equity shares. Following the disposal of 220,000 equity shares, the investment firm now holds 4,046,529 equity shares.

The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Usha Martin Limited is listed on the Mumbai Stock Exchange (BSE), the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE), and Societe de la Bourse de Luxembourg (GDR).
