Marsons secures ₹9.91 crore transformer supply order

Marsons Limited announced on December 12, 2025, that it has secured a Letter of Award/Purchase Order valued at ₹9,91,20,000.00 (inclusive of GST) from LC Infra Projects Private Limited. This order is for the supply of one 70 MVA and one 80 MVA Power Transformer, both 132 kV class EHV Power Transformers.

The order is domestic, and the execution period is six months. This transaction does not involve any promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding entity, nor does it fall under related party transactions.
