Kennametal India announces trading window closure ahead of Q2 results

Kennametal India Limited announced the closure of its trading window from December 16, 2025, in anticipation of its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending December 31, 2025. This restriction will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. The measure aligns with the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as well as practices observed by its ultimate holding company, Kennametal Inc.

The company communicated this intimation to the corporate relationship department of BSE Limited. The specific date for the board meeting to consider these financial results will be announced separately in due course.
