IFB Industries expands global footprint with new Swiss subsidiary

IFB Industries Limited, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Global Automotive & Appliances Pte. Ltd. (GAAL), has established Schmid Automotive & Appliances GmbH in Switzerland. Incorporated on December 10, 2025, and announced on December 12, 2025, the new entity aims to bolster IFB's engineering capabilities by focusing on the design, drawing, planning, and development of machine tools and fine blanking tools within the automotive and appliances industry. The company has an authorised and paid-up share capital of 2,000 shares of CHF 10 each, wholly held by GAAL.

As a newly incorporated entity, Schmid Automotive & Appliances GmbH has no prior turnover and is yet to commence business operations. The establishment of this subsidiary is not classified as a related party transaction. No governmental or regulatory approvals were mentioned as required for this acquisition.
