Heubach Colorants India rebrands as Sudarshan Colorants India

Heubach Colorants India Limited has officially changed its name to Sudarshan Colorants India Limited, effective December 12, 2025. This rebranding follows approval from the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), as communicated in a regulatory filing on December 12, 2025.

The name change also necessitated alterations to the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association. This strategic move was disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, following earlier intimations on October 31, 2025, November 06, 2025, and December 08, 2025.

The company, originally incorporated as COLOUR-CHEM LIMITED, will now operate under its new identity, Sudarshan Colorants India Limited, with its registered office in Navi Mumbai. A Certificate of Incorporation reflecting the name change has been issued by the MCA.
