Devyani International: CEOs of Vaango, Costa Coffee resign

Devyani International Limited announced the resignations of Mr. Dinesh Hariharan, CEO of Vaango, and Mr. Kamaljit Singh Bedi, CEO of Costa Coffee and Airport Business. Both were designated as senior management personnel. Their resignations are effective from the close of business hours on December 12, 2025.

The company stated the resignations are due to personal reasons and the pursuit of other career opportunities outside the organization. The departures were disclosed in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was made to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited.
