Consolidated Construction Consortium secures ₹458 crore in new orders

Consolidated Construction Consortium Limited (CCCL) has secured new orders totaling ₹458 crore. This includes a major ₹432 crore order from the Government of Kerala for an iconic commercial building in Trivandrum, falling under its Heavy Civil and Special Projects Divisions.

Additionally, the company bagged another ₹26 crore in orders under its Buildings and Factories (B&F) Division between November 25, 2025, and the announcement date. These domestic contracts, encompassing various clients, are for construction of buildings and factories, covering an aggregate built-up area of 11.00 lakhs square feet.

The new orders, primarily BOQ-based item rate contracts across various sites in Pan India, are slated for execution before the Financial Year 2028-29.
