CM Airtime promotion increases stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP acquired 5,000 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited on December 11, 2025, through an open market purchase. This transaction, executed by a promoter group entity, increased CM Airtime Promotion's aggregate shareholding in Chambal Fertilisers to 1,142,877 equity shares.

Prior to the acquisition, CM Airtime Promotion held 1,137,877 shares, representing 0.284% of Chambal Fertilisers' total equity share capital. The latest purchase boosted its stake to 0.285% of the total voting capital. The acquisition was disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

The total equity share capital of Chambal Fertilisers before and after the acquisition remains 400,652,297 equity shares, valued at Rs 4,00,65,22,970. This disclosure was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
