Bandhan Bank to hold investor meetings in December

Bandhan Bank Limited ("the Bank") has announced its participation in two upcoming analysts and institutional investors meets, according to a regulatory filing dated December 12, 2025.

The Bank will first attend the "Citi India Financials Tour 2025" on December 17, 2025. This will be a group meeting held in-person in Mumbai. Following this, Bandhan Bank will host a "Meeting with Investors" on December 18, 2025, also a group meeting conducted in-person, but located in Kolkata.

These engagements are an intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Bank confirmed that the presentation material for these meets is available on its official website.

The announcement was signed by Indranil Banerjee, company secretary, for Bandhan Bank Limited. The Bank's shares are listed on the BSE and on the NSE.
