AU Small Finance Bank allots new equity shares after ESOP exercises

AU Small Finance Bank announced the allotment of 271,991 equity shares, each with a face value of INR 10, on December 12, 2025. This allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of an equivalent number of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under various plans, including ESOP 2015 Plan-B, ESOP 2016, ESOP 2018, ESOP 2020, and ESOP 2023.

The exercise of these ESOPs has led to a corresponding increase in the bank's paid-up equity share capital. The capital has risen from INR 7,466,600,860 to INR 7,469,320,770, reflecting the impact of the newly allotted shares.

The allotted shares include 600 shares from ESOP 2015 Plan-B, 24,031 from ESOP 2016, 36,390 from ESOP 2018, 177,680 from ESOP 2020, and 33,290 from ESOP 2023, totaling the 271,991 new equity shares.
