Algoquant Fintech promoter releases 500,000 pledged shares

On December 11, 2025, Devansh Gupta, a promoter of Algoquant Fintech Limited, disclosed the release of 500,000 encumbered equity shares. These shares were previously pledged to Globe Capital Market Ltd. for fund raising purposes.

Prior to this release, Devansh Gupta’s individual encumbered promoter holding stood at 500,000 shares, representing 0.18% of the total share capital. Following the release, Devansh Gupta's directly encumbered shares are now zero. However, the total promoter group’s encumbered shares, including Algoquant Financials LLP, remain at 54,750,000 shares, equating to 19.47% of the total share capital.

The total promoter group holding in Algoquant Fintech Limited is 207,118,008 shares, representing 73.68% of the total diluted share capital.
