Seamec secures $16.72m subcontract for offshore vessel operations

Seamec Limited has secured a subcontract with G R Infraprojects Limited for the charter hire of its vessel "SEAMEC III." The vessel will be used for subsea installation and diving works on the Part Replacement Pipeline Project and DSF II Project for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC). This agreement, effective December 11, 2025, will last 150 days.

The total value of the subcontract is approximately $16.72 million, exclusive of GST. This domestic entity contract is considered part of the company's normal course of business.

Seamec confirmed that the subcontract is not a related party transaction and that no promoter or promoter group has an interest in the entity that awarded the contract. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
