Sanghvi Movers partners with ACE for indigenous heavy cranes

Sanghvi Movers Limited (SML) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Action Construction Equipment Limited (ACE) to integrate indigenously manufactured heavy slew cranes into its fleet. This partnership, formalized at EXCON 2025, aligns with SML's ELEVATE 2030 vision and supports India's "Aatmanirbhar Bharat" and "Make in India" initiatives by reducing reliance on imported heavy lifting equipment. SML aims to ensure faster, cost-efficient, and reliable project execution for its client base.

The collaboration will see SML progressively expand its fleet with ACE-manufactured heavy cranes. ACE, in turn, will provide priority product support, customization, and technical solutions tailored to SML's operational demands. This initiative is expected to drive import substitution, foster local supply chain development, generate employment, and advance technology within the country.

SML, established in 1989 and headquartered in Pune, operates over 450 cranes ranging from 40 to 1600 MT. ACE, established in 1995 and headquartered in Palwal, is the world's largest manufacturer of Pick & Carry cranes, holding over 63% market share in the mobile cranes segment and approximately 60% in the tower cranes segment domestically.
