Pidilite schedules investor meetings for December 2025

Pidilite Industries Limited will hold two meetings with institutional investors and analysts in December 2025. The first, a non-deal roadshow organized by ICICI Securities, is scheduled for December 16, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This physical meeting will take place in Mumbai and will be a single-institution event.

The second meeting is set for December 19, 2025, with Axis Mutual Fund. This physical meeting will also be held in Mumbai, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and will be a single-institution engagement. Both meetings are being conducted in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
