Kansai Nerolac Paints to divest Sri Lankan subsidiary stake

Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited announced on December 11, 2025, that its board of directors has approved the sale of its entire 60% stake in Kansai Paints Lanka (Private) Limited, a Sri Lankan subsidiary. The transaction involves selling the shares to Atire (Private) Limited, a Sri Lankan entity.

The company will execute an agreement for the sale of its stake, with further details to be submitted to stock exchanges upon finalization. Kansai Paints Lanka (Private) Limited is not considered a material subsidiary and will cease to be a subsidiary of Kansai Nerolac Paints following the agreement's execution.
