Apcotex promoter group member acquires shares in gift transfer

Janaki Parekh, a member of the promoter group of Apcotex Industries Limited, has acquired 4,000 equity shares from Mrs. Rita Ashok Parekh, also part of the promoter group. This inter-se transfer was conducted as a gift without any consideration and was disclosed on December 10, 2025, in accordance with SEBI regulations.

Prior to this acquisition, Janaki Parekh held 12,500 shares, representing 0.02% of the total share capital. Following the acquisition, Janaki Parekh’s aggregate holding increased to 16,500 shares, constituting 0.03% of Apcotex Industries Limited’s total equity. Correspondingly, Mrs. Rita Ashok Parekh's holding decreased from 319,250 shares (0.62%) to 315,250 shares (0.61%).

The equity share capital of Apcotex Industries Limited before and after the acquisition remains at Rs.10,36,89,920 (5,18,44,960 equity shares of Rs.2/- each). The disclosure indicates that the acquirer belongs to the promoter group and that all existing promoter group members remain as PACs.
