Infibeam Avenues to become AvenuesAI, names new CEO amid AI push

Infibeam Avenues Limited announced significant strategic developments following its Board Meeting on December 11, 2025. Neharika Vohra has been appointed an additional woman independent director for a five-year term, effective December 11, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Vishwas Ambalal Patel has been elevated from joint managing director to managing director and chief executive officer for a five-year term, also effective December 11, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Both appointments have no inter-se relations with other board members and no debarment orders from SEBI or other authorities.

The company's board also approved a change in the company's name from "Infibeam Avenues Limited" to "AvenuesAI Limited," alongside consequential amendments to its Memorandum and Articles of Association. This name change, reflecting a strategic transformation into an AI-first technology enterprise, is subject to approvals from shareholders, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and other relevant statutory authorities.

Furthermore, the company will alter its Main Object Clause III (A) by adding a new sub-clause 9, enabling it to engage in the research, development, and commercialization of machine learning and AI applications, including real-time AI-driven decision-making technologies and AI-powered services. This expansion into AI aims to strengthen digital payments and service offerings and is also subject to shareholder and other necessary approvals. A Postal Ballot Notice has been approved and will be sent to shareholders for these proposed changes.
