HPL Electric promoter companies change names

HPL Electric & Power Limited announced on December 11, 2025, that two of its promoter companies have undergone a name change. Havell's Private Limited is now HPL Holdings Private Limited, and Havells Electronics Private Limited has been renamed HPL Electronics Private Limited. This change was communicated to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited.

According to the filing, these changes were made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A fresh certificate of incorporation, reflecting the new names, has been issued by the registrar of companies in New Delhi under the Companies Act, 2013.

HPL Electric & Power Limited emphasized that these name changes for the promoter companies do not impact the management or control of the company itself. The company has requested that the respective exchanges update their records accordingly.
