H.G. Infra JV wins Thane Metro project LOA

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (HGIEL), in a joint venture with Kalpataru Projects International Limited, announced on December 11, 2025, the receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the Thane Integral Ring Metro Project. The LOA, dated December 10, 2025, was awarded by the Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited.

The project involves the design and construction of an elevated metro viaduct spanning 20.527 kilometers. This includes the section between UG Ramp and Balkum Naka, a depot approach viaduct, and three special spans. HGIEL holds a 40% share in the joint venture, with Kalpataru Projects International Limited as the lead member with a 60% share.
