GIC Housing Finance receives independent ESG rating of 55

GIC Housing Finance Ltd. announced today, December 11, 2025, that ESG Risk Assessments & Insights Limited, a SEBI-registered ESG Rating Provider, has assigned an ESG rating of "55" to the company. This intimation was made under Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The ESG rating was provided by the ESG rating provider under a subscriber-pays model, based on their independent research and information available in the public domain. GIC Housing Finance explicitly stated that it did not engage the rating provider directly nor did it provide any inputs for the assessment.
