Finolex Industries appoints Shirish Panke as head of HR

Finolex Industries Limited announced the appointment of Shirish Panke as the new head of human resources and senior management personnel, effective December 11, 2025. This decision was made via a circular resolution passed by the board of directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The approval was finalized on the same day.

Panke brings 29 years of experience in corporate HR, employee relations, and global people management from various manufacturing organizations, including Hindustan Unilever and PepsiCo India. His expertise spans HR strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, M&A integration, HR digitalization, industrial relations, organizational transformation, and leadership pipeline development. He has also independently led HR due diligence and post-merger integration for acquisitions in the USA and Europe.

His appointment is a full-time employment position and is expected to bolster Finolex Industries' strategic HR capabilities.
