EKI Energy Services faces insolvency petition over operational debts

EKI Energy Services Ltd. (EKI) announced on December 11, 2025, that it received a notice dated December 10, 2025, regarding an application filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The application was initiated by Oswal Woollen Mills Ltd. for alleged operational debts amounting to 1,85,27,709 Indian rupees. The matter is currently before the National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench.

EKI Energy Services stated it is contesting and defending the application, with necessary updates to be provided in due course. The company is making this disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
