Diamond Power secures major cable supply order from Amara Raja Infra

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Amara Raja Infra Private Limited, an EPC contractor, for the supply of HT and LT cables. The order is valued at Rs. 75,13,80,683, inclusive of GST. This substantial contract represents a significant win for the company.

The supply involves approximately 110 km of 19/33 kV 3CX300 sq.mm (non FRLS, water-tight conductor) A2XFY cables and 456 km of 1.9/3.3 kV 3CX300 sq.mm Un-Arm cables. The order is on a "Kms rate basis with PV Formulae" and is expected to be executed between January 2026 and March 2026.

This is a domestic transaction, and the company confirmed that no promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in Amara Raja Infra Private Limited, nor does the order fall under related party transactions.
