Bank of India reappoints four statutory central auditors for FY2025-26

Bank of India has reappointed four audit firms to serve as its statutory central auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025-26, with approval from the Reserve Bank of India. The reappointments comply with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The reappointed firms include M/s S Jaykishan of Kolkata, M/s A Bafna & Co of Jaipur, and M/s S C V & Co., LLP of New Delhi, all of whom will be serving their third year as SCAs. M/s Sarda & Pareek LLP of Mumbai has been reappointed for its second year.

Each firm brings a team of experienced partners. M/s S Jaykishan, established in 1976, has 17 partners. M/s A Bafna & Co, established in 1987, has 14 partners. M/s S C V & Co LLP, also established in 1976, has 14 partners, and M/s Sarda & Pareek LLP, established in 1983, has 12 partners.
