Advait Energy Transitions promoter increases stake in company

Rejal Sheth, a promoter of Advait Energy Transitions Limited (formerly Advait Infratech Limited), has disclosed an acquisition of shares as per SEBI regulations. The acquisition occurred on December 9, 2025, through an open market transaction.

Before this acquisition, Sheth held 1,624,200 shares, representing 14.85% of the total share capital. The recent acquisition involved 3,979 shares, increasing her stake to 1,628,179 shares, or 14.89% of the company's total share capital.

The total equity share capital of Advait Energy Transitions Limited stood at 10,93,69,61 both before and after the acquisition. The transaction was reported from Ahmedabad on December 11, 2025.
