Uravi Defence appoints Viren Gandhi & Co. as statutory auditor

Uravi Defence and Technology Ltd. has announced the appointment of M/s Viren Gandhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new statutory auditor. This appointment, effective December 10, 2025, fills the casual vacancy left by the resignation of M/s GBCA & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, which occurred on November 11, 2025.

The board of directors, acting on the recommendation of the audit committee, approved the appointment. M/s Viren Gandhi & Co. will hold office until the conclusion of the 22nd Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval within three months of the appointment date, as per Section 139(8) of the Companies Act, 2013.

M/s Viren Gandhi & Co. is a multi-disciplinary Chartered Accountancy firm, offering services including IND AS Convergence, Statutory Audits, Direct/Indirect Taxation, Regulatory Functions, and Business Advisory. The firm is Peer Reviewed and holds the requisite ICAI Certificate. This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
