Updater Services promoter increases stake to 24.1496%

Mr. Raghunandana Tangirala, a promoter of Updater Services Limited, acquired 8,000 equity shares of the company on December 09, 2025. This transaction was executed via an open market purchase and was disclosed to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Tangirala's shareholding in Updater Services Limited increased by 0.0119% of the paid-up share capital. His total holding now stands at 24.1496%, up from the previously reported 24.1377%. Before the acquisition, his stake comprised 1,61,60,979 shares, which has now risen to 1,61,68,979 shares carrying voting rights.

The total diluted share/voting capital of the company remains at Rs. 66,95,32,410/-, divided into 6,69,53,241 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, both before and after the acquisition. The increased stake solidifies the promoter's position in the company.
