Tech Mahindra subsidiary Yabx establishes new Tanzanian entity

Tech Mahindra Limited has announced the incorporation of Yabx Technologies Tanzania Limited ("Yabx Tanzania"), a new step-down subsidiary, in the United Republic of Tanzania on December 10, 2025. This entity is a subsidiary of Yabx Technologies (Netherlands) B.V., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comviva Technologies Limited, itself a subsidiary of Tech Mahindra. Yabx Tanzania's business objective is to provide software and analytics platform and related services in Tanzania, aligning with the parent company's core business.

Yabx Tanzania has been incorporated with a share capital of TZS 2,419,000, comprising 100 shares valued at TZS 24,190 each. Yabx Netherlands holds 100% of the shareholding in the new entity. As of its incorporation date, Yabx Tanzania has no turnover as it is yet to commence business operations.

The incorporation, effective December 10, 2025, makes Yabx Tanzania a subsidiary of Tech Mahindra. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for this incorporation.
