Subex wins five-year fraud management deal in Europe

Subex Limited has announced a new five-year engagement with a leading integrated energy and telecommunications provider in Europe. The partnership will see Subex deliver a comprehensive Fraud Management program, including software, business consulting, training, managed services, and support. The project will be managed and supported by Subex's EU offices.

The contract, valued at approximately $1 million, involves the deployment of Subex's Fraud Management system within the customer's data center. The agreement also includes business consulting, managed services for the first three years, and five years of support for the Subex software, alongside training for customer personnel.

Nisha Dutt, managing director and chief executive of Subex, emphasized that this new logo win strengthens the company's European footprint and reflects the trust global operators place in Subex for securing future transformations. This deal underscores Subex's expertise in fraud detection and prevention solutions for the telecom sector.
