SEPC settles arbitration with HCL, secures new work order

SEPC Limited announced the execution of a settlement deed with Hindustan Copper Limited, ending claims and counterclaims related to arbitration proceedings (Case No. AP No.163 of 2023). This settlement, finalized through an agreement dated December 8, 2025, will result in SEPC receiving a total amount of INR 30,44,80,495.

As a direct consequence of this resolution, the existing arbitration proceedings will be closed. Additionally, SEPC is set to receive a supplementary work order valued at INR 72,54,57,640. This new order pertains to existing vertical shaft sinking work, augmenting SEPC's project portfolio.

The company's disclosure indicates a strategic move to clear outstanding disputes while simultaneously bolstering its operational pipeline with new revenue streams.
