Prestige Estates boosts stake in real estate venture Bharatnagar Buildcon

Prestige Estates Projects Limited announced on December 10, 2025, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prestige Falcon Realty Private Limited, and subsidiary Prestige Projects Private Limited, have acquired partnership interest in Bharatnagar Buildcon LLP. This acquisition now gives Prestige Estates an indirect 66.93% partnership interest in Bharatnagar Buildcon LLP. The target entity, Bharatnagar Buildcon LLP, was formed in 2011 and is involved in real estate development.

The acquisition was a cash consideration, with the subsidiaries having infused Rs. 938.75 crores by way of capital and current account contribution into the LLP. Prestige Estates now holds its 66.93% interest through 63.12% via Prestige Falcon Realty Private Limited and 3.81% through Prestige Projects Private Limited. The transaction is aimed at consolidating Prestige Estates' stake in the target entity. This is not considered a related party transaction for the company.

Bharatnagar Buildcon LLP's turnover for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, was Rs. 3,47,272. Its turnover for the last three fiscal years was Rs. 3,47,272 (FY 2024-25), Rs. 19,40,418 (FY 2023-24), and Rs. 13,34,527 (FY 2022-23). The acquisition was completed on December 10, 2025.
