Norwest Venture Partners acquires 5.31% stake in TCC Concept

Norwest Venture Partners VII-A-Mauritius, a Mauritius-based company, announced on December 9, 2025, the acquisition of 2,522,441 equity shares of TCC Concept Limited. This transaction, executed on December 8, 2025, was conducted via a share swap, representing 5.31% of TCC Concept's paid-up equity share capital. Each acquired share has a face value of INR 10 and was issued at a price of INR 557.9445.
