Nestle India announces executive and senior management changes

Nestle India Limited announced several leadership changes in its executive and senior management. Svetlana Boldina, executive director – finance & control and chief financial officer, will depart on January 31, 2026, for a new assignment within a Nestlé affiliate. Her successor will be announced at a later date.

Satish Srinivasan, executive director – technical, will retire on May 31, 2026, after over 32 years with the Nestlé Group. Jagdeep Singh Marahar, currently managing director of Nestlé R&D Centre India Pvt Ltd, has been nominated to succeed Srinivasan as whole-time director, effective June 1, 2026, subject to approvals. Prior to this, Marahar will serve as head – technical (senior management personnel) from May 1, 2026.

Additionally, Nitu Bhushan will assume the role of head – human resources (senior management personnel) starting March 2, 2026, also subject to approvals. These proposals will be presented to the board of directors for consideration upon the nomination and remuneration committee's recommendation.
