LTTS and PALFINGER launch new global development center in India

L&T Technology Services has inaugurated a Global Development Center (GDC) in Pune, India, as part of a multi-year engagement with PALFINGER, an Austrian-headquartered crane and lifting solutions provider. The GDC, integrated within LTTS' Mobility segment, aims to accelerate PALFINGER's global and India-focused product development through LTTS' expertise and AI-driven engineering processes, enhancing both innovation and speed-to-market.

The new GDC marks a major expansion in the partnership, with LTTS delivering an integrated suite of engineering and digital capabilities. These include embedded software development, PLM migration, advanced CAE simulations, and Digital Mock-up, which will bolster PALFINGER's product portfolio and localization programs. This initiative is expected to strengthen PALFINGER's presence in strategically important regions like APAC.

PALFINGER AG achieved revenue of €2.36 bn in 2024 and has been listed on the Vienna stock exchange since 1999. LTTS, a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, had over 23,670 employees across 23 global design centers, 30 global sales offices, and 105 innovation labs as of September 30, 2025.
