Lemon Tree Hotels expands footprint with two new properties in Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL) has signed license agreements for two new properties: Lemon Tree Resort, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, and Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LTHL, reinforcing the company's presence in these regions.

The Lemon Tree Resort in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, will feature 90 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa, and a fitness center. The Lemon Tree Hotel in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, will offer 72 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, and a spa. These additions are set to cater to both business and leisure travelers.

This expansion aligns with LTHL's strategy to strengthen its mid-scale and premium hotel chain across India. With these new properties, the company aims to offer a fresh, vibrant, and value-driven experience in emerging markets.
