Jindal Cement boosts stake in Jindal Steel

Jindal Cement Industries Private Limited, formerly Jindal Panther Cement Private Limited, has acquired 10,500 shares in Jindal Steel Limited. The open market transaction on December 5, 2025, increased Jindal Cement's total shareholding in Jindal Steel to 2,534,369 shares, representing 0.24% of the total share/voting capital.

Before the acquisition, Jindal Cement held 2,523,869 shares, also 0.24% of Jindal Steel's capital. The additional shares represent a 0.001% increase in its stake. Jindal Cement Industries Private Limited is part of the promoter group of Jindal Steel Limited.

Jindal Steel Limited's equity share capital remains at Rs. 1,02,00,88,097, comprising 1,02,00,88,097 equity shares of Re. 1 each. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
