ISGEC Heavy Engineering establishes Eswatini subsidiary

ISGEC Heavy Engineering Limited announced on December 10, 2025, the successful incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Isgec Eswatini (Proprietary) Limited. This development follows an earlier intimation on November 13, 2025, regarding the acquisition by way of incorporation.

The company issued this update in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
