CM Airtime Promotion increases stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP, a promoter group entity, has further consolidated its position in Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd. with two substantial open market acquisitions. On December 8, 2025, the LLP purchased 118,804 equity shares, increasing its aggregate shareholding to 1,113,877 equity shares, representing 0.278% of the company's total voting capital.

Following this, on December 9, 2025, CM Airtime Promotion LLP acquired an additional 24,000 equity shares. This latest transaction boosted their total holding to 1,137,877 equity shares, now representing 0.284% of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd.'s voting capital.

Prior to the December 8 acquisition, CM Airtime Promotion LLP held 995,073 equity shares, equivalent to 0.248% of the company. These strategic purchases reinforce the promoter group's commitment to Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd., whose total equity share capital stands at INR 4,00,65,22,970, comprising 400,652,297 equity shares.
