Biocon schedules analyst, investor meetings next week in Mumbai

Biocon Limited will host meetings with analysts and institutional investors between December 15 and December 19, 2025. These sessions will be conducted in a 1x1/group format and will take place both in-person and virtually, with Mumbai noted as the venue. The company emphasized that the schedule is subject to change based on exigencies from investors or the company.

The purpose of these meetings, as per Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is for the management to engage with the financial community. Biocon has confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be disclosed during these interactions.
