Adani Enterprises concludes ₹24,930 crore rights issue

Adani Enterprises Limited has concluded the issue period for its rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares, totaling up to ₹24,930.30 crores. The issue, which commenced on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. IST, officially closed today, Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. IST.

The company had previously informed regulatory bodies on November 11, 2025, regarding the board of directors' meeting that approved this substantial capital raise. The shares were offered at a face value of ₹1 each.

This announcement was formally communicated to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited by Jatin Jalundhwala, company secretary & joint president (legal) of Adani Enterprises Limited.
