Voltas names Amit Jaiswal head of internal audit

Voltas Limited, a TATA Enterprise, has announced the appointment of Amit Jaiswal as the new head – internal audit, effective December 8, 2025. This appointment was disclosed in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Jaiswal brings over 17 years of extensive experience in internal audit. Prior to joining Voltas, he served as the global head – internal audit at Cipla. His career began in 2007 before he transitioned to Cipla in 2012. His expertise spans various critical areas, including internal audit, internal financial controls, risk management, forensic investigations, compliance, and analytics.

The announcement, dated December 8, 2025, was formally communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited by Ratnesh Rukhariyar, company secretary & compliance officer for Voltas Limited.
