Updater Services promoter increases stake

Raghunandana Tangirala, a promoter of Updater Services Limited, acquired 10,000 equity shares of the company on December 8, 2025, through an open market transaction. This acquisition falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
