Sonata Software reports strong Q2, declares interim dividend

Sonata Software reported a consolidated PAT growth of 10% quarter-on-quarter, reaching ₹120.2 crores for Q2'26. Consolidated revenues stood at ₹2,119.3 crores, with EBITDA at 8.1%. For the half year ended September 30, 2025, consolidated profit after tax was ₹22,953 lakhs, and total comprehensive income was ₹23,393 lakhs.

The board has declared a second interim dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share (125% on a par value of ₹1/-) for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for this payment is November 21, 2025, with payments to registered shareholders on or after December 3, 2025.

International IT services revenue grew by 4.3% QoQ to ₹730.3 crores, with PAT increasing by 10.3% to ₹78.0 crores. Domestic products & services revenue was ₹1,391.3 crores, with PAT at ₹42.2 crores. The company added 6 new customers during the quarter.
