Som Distilleries board approves rights issue for subsidiary

Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited's board of directors met on December 8, 2025, approving a rights issue offer for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Woodpecker Greenagri Nutrients Pvt Ltd. (WGNPL).

The approval pertains to an offer of 49,990,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each, totaling Rs.49.99 Crores. These shares will be acquired by way of subscription/purchase based on the terms and conditions outlined in the Rights Offer dated December 3, 2025. This decision was previously recommended by the audit committee.
